Article: If you want to build muscle quick, then I have a number of guidelines below that will jump start your weight lifting workouts.

First, limit the number of repetitions per set. Newbies should target to limit the amount of repetitions per exercise to around ten. This method, you recruit the maximum amount of muscle fibers in each set. You have to set your mind to lift heavy for each exercise. With this kind of workout, I would propose you always work with a partner as you run the of injury, lifting all those heavy weights.

As you get used to this type of exercise, it would be better to continually lessen the number of repetitions you make until you achieve you another rep max.

Secondly, to build muscle quick, I will propose dropping your actual workout time. By working more in the gym, you in fact burn more calories which we do not plan. We do not want to waste all that time you did and strained your muscles only to be burned by your heavy cardio workout. One technique of reducing your period in the gym is to slash your rest time between sets. That technique you end up doing longer work even with just lifting the same weight.

One more advice I will very much suggest is to constantly increase your weight load every week. If you do not increase your weight, at least do longer repetitions than you lifted on your previous exercise. That technique your body would in no way get used to your training routine and would have to adjust each time. A good increase of the amount of weight you are lifting is around 5% of the previous you have lifted. You should not make it too big otherwise you might be able to do only 1 or 2 which is quite inefficient.

Finally get a good amount of rest. In the course of your workout, you are actually shedding your muscles and not making it larger. It is as resting that your muscles recover and get bigger. If you think about it, it would in fact be extremely weird if your muscles get larger as you are lifting. For big weight lifters, it is must to get at least 8-9 hours of sleep everyday.

There you have it, a number of helpful tips for all weight lifters out there in order to build a number of muscles quick. Do not assume to get bigger muscles in as short as a week or two but if you follow the guidelines I summarized above, I can guarantee you that they are the fastest and most efficient technique in developing your muscles. Constantly remember that you the more effort you put into something, the better rewards you would reap.
